It's been two weeks since Sadiq Khan introduced his ULEZ expansion to Orpington, with reports of £700,000 worth of fines being issued every day and even compliant vehicles being charged.
I am continuing to campaign against this disastrous policy, which does nothing for air quality but disproportionately hurts those least able to afford it.
