In Parliament today, I spoke during a Westminster Hall Debate about why the Mayor of London's plan to expand the Ultra Low Emission Zone is a cash grab.
I told MPs that expanding ULEZ is a cash grab to fill Sadiq Khan's coffers. But it's not a tax on wealthy drivers. Over 50 per cent of households in outer London earning as little as £10,000 own a car. ULEZ is a tax on ordinary working people who can't afford a new car or Khan's daily charge.
